TalentEngineers was built for companies that take hiring seriously and want a partner who does the same. We come from a background of running searches, designing interview systems, and advising leaders on the talent decisions that shape teams over the long run.

We don't position ourselves as a traditional staffing firm. We're closer to a strategy and execution partner that happens to specialize in hiring — combining the discipline of a search practice with the structured thinking of a product or engineering team.
